1. Free Trial Period

CueFlow offers a comprehensive 7-day free trial for all new users. During this period, you have full access to our software's features to ensure it meets your club's needs before making any financial commitment. We do not require a credit card or upfront payment to start your trial.

If you decide not to proceed with a paid subscription, simply do not upgrade your account, and you will not be charged.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your CueFlow subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annually). After that, your account will be downgraded, and you will not be billed again.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services and the availability of a 7-day free trial designed to let you evaluate the product risk-free, we do not offer refunds for any subscription payments once they have been processed.

  • No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle.
  • No refunds for accidental or forgotten renewals. We recommend canceling your subscription before your renewal date if you no longer wish to use the service.

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate charges due to technical errors on our end), we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge. Please contact support immediately if you notice a billing error.
