Quick setup map

Follow this order so printing and TV overlays work the first time.

    Printing PC

    Install QZ Tray, add the CueFlow QZ Tray certificate, then run CueFlow Printer Agent on the Windows PC connected to your printers.

    Club TV

    Install CueFlow TV Overlay from Google Play — or the APK if Play Store is not available.

  3. 3

    Connect in CueFlow

    Open CueFlow, pair the printer / TV device, then start a session to verify the overlay and prints.

For the front desk PC

Printing downloads

CueFlow prints receipts and bills through QZ Tray. Install both items below on the Windows machine that talks to your thermal / receipt printers.

Required for printing

QZ Tray

Browser-to-printer bridge required for CueFlow receipt and bill printing from the web app.

When to use

Install this first on any PC that needs to print receipts, bills, or kitchen tickets from CueFlow.

QZ Tray Certificate

CueFlow override certificate (override.crt) used to authorize trusted printing from the CueFlow web app with QZ Tray.

When to use

Install this certificate in QZ Tray after QZ Tray is installed, so CueFlow can print without certificate warnings.

CueFlow Printer Agent

Official CueFlow Windows installer that connects CueFlow to your local printers via QZ Tray.

When to use

Use this after QZ Tray is installed so CueFlow can discover and print to your club printers.

Tip: Install QZ Tray, then download and trust the CueFlow certificate (override.crt), then run the CueFlow Printer Agent setup. Keep QZ Tray running while CueFlow is open.

CueFlow TV Overlay

Display on-screen HDMI timers and session-ended warnings on the TV during console or game sessions started from CueFlow.
